How rewarding to see the children in my classes create the most amazing plant-based healthy foods. What a privilege to be a part of the new generation of children that are taking positive steps to learn to eat food that benefits their body as well as the planet.

Children in my classes are so excited for every lesson as they learn to make different recipes each time and they learn about the benefits of the ingredients we choose.
